Authentic leadership is a style of leadership that focuses on transparent and ethical leader behavior and encourages open sharing of information needed to make decisions while accepting followers’ inputs.

We will take a deep dive into the characteristics and leadership traits that help leaders advance at every level and help the company deliver on the goals. The training will work through real-life examples and examine how to strategize in the moment to authentically lead while remaining true to meeting your goals and keeping your organization’s vision in check.
Internal Networking for getting what you need to lead
Did you know that having an internal network often leads to:

gathering insights into other functions within a company
collecting industry information
learning more about functional roles and open roles

This training will arm you with techniques to build that network internally. While most people only think of networking externally when they are looking for a new job, research shows that it can be very important in helping arm you with the support that you need to advance at your current company too. Building a diverse network gives you access to difference of opinion, insights, and advice.
Leading without Authority
Becoming a leader is one of the most important steps in your career. Format
Bootcamp
Three (3) one-hour sessions – over the course of 3 weeks. These are one-hour sessions during evening hours. Where we train the group and then discuss how this plays out in the workplace and what tools we can use to tackle challenges.
Assignments
Will be given between each week – homework assignments will not be time-consuming and are always optional. For example, find two leaders within the organization and be prepared to talk about the traits that you find compelling.
Session
To tackle an issue specific to you. For example, past clients have requested help with how to manage a difficult team of people, how to more easily work through an agenda they are leading or how to be more effective with a specific matrix team.
